INVOICE SUMMARY REPORT

I am looking for an invoice report which would be a single line for each invoice showing the Invoice Date - Invoice Number and the following information from the invoice footer in columns. Is there a report which will provide this summary. If not and it can be created in a Search, suggestions would be appreciated.
