NetSuite Map/Reduce Script Concurrency

I have 100s of Counties and 6,00,000 Customers which belong to one of these Counties in my NetSuite Account. There are a few assignments in County record that need to be updated to the Customers. I have written a user event script which will trigger when a county has been updated. The user event script in turn will trigger a map/reduce script to update these assignment to all the customers that belong to the County. I have used the Map/Reduce script to update Customer records since some of the Counties have 1000s of customers and the user event script governance
