Match Bank Data - Transaction Duplicates
Hi,
A couple weeks ago, I reestablished a bank feeds connection and last week, a bunch of duplicate transactions were imported again. I saw a SuiteAnswers Article that if you re-establish a connection, 60 days of transactions can be reimported as duplicates, but in this case, it happened 2 weeks later and it was more than 60 days worth of historical transactions. As you can see, there are transactions from August being duplicated, which is more than 60 days of transactions.
From other threads, it looks like this has happened to some users, but there has been no resolution. Can you please let me know what causes this so that it can be avoided in the future? Thanks!
