can you help me check why this salesrep part is wrong?

The requirement is when the customer is created, create a task and assign the task to the sales rep of that customer.

When I comment out line 25, the task can be created. But when I have line 25, the task is not created. I am assuming something is wrong with that line. could you enlighten please? Thank you!
