Why are Printing Checks taking a long time to load?
Hi All,
I was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing an issue with increased load times when trying print checks.
Currently, out AP team (even me when I select the same roles) is having issues where it is taking over 4 mins to load the check printing screen. Once in the check printing screen it is taking around the same time to print each individual check and then eventually will clear the page of checks and allow them to select the next bank account.
I have tried to clear cookies/cache on the individuals computer and their internet speed is adequate. I am not sure what else could be causing the issue for only this area within NS.
