Support Email formatting

in Ask A Guru 3 comments

All of a sudden the format of email communication for Supoort cases is all messed up. I does not look like every other email message in Netsuite. It is almost unreadable. If you reply to the email message the format is restore to a more readable format. Is there any way to fix this issue?
