Remove "Sum of" displayed in Saved Search

Hi All,

When you create a saved search which has "Summary Type" selected (for my example "Sum"), you get this displayed on the saved search results view.

Can you take off the "Sum of"?

I use a Custom Label but it adds "Sum of" to the column title which then takes too much column width and is not required!

It's hopefully a simple fix but I just can't figure it out!!
