How can I Import "New" contacts and their User Notes into NS

I am trying to import into NetSuite "NEW" Contacts including User Notes.

Can anyone provide me step by step guidance?

I have not been able to find where I can Do This Or Do I have to perform 2 separate Imports (Contacts Only & Communication).

If yes....... In the Communication Imports I did not see a mapping field called Internal ID. However, I did see a mapping field "ENTITY", but I am not sue what that field is or what maps to it.
