How to create a Space Between Row Fields on Transaction Form?

Hello,

Below is some of the contact information fields for our quotes. The second row should only have 4 fields, not 5 like the first and third rows.

When i remove/hide the highlighted field below, the last zip code field move up to the second row as shown in the second screenshot.

What i want to do is suppress the test field but keep the space, almost like make it invisible.
