Auto Generated Numbers, Subsidiary Prefix stopped working.

Below is how I have my Purchase Order prefix set up. For whatever reason today, documents are no longer being generated with the subsidiary prefix. So we went from being POMPUK105, POMPCN106 to creating new POs as PO107, PO108

Am I missing something here?

Going to allow override and inform users to edit their POs manually until this is fixed.
