How do I add the average cost of an item on the Inventory Turnover

I am having trouble adding the Average Cost of an Item to the Inventory Turnover.

It shows up as a field to add, but then they all come through blank. This is a request from our Supply Chain Team. I was able to bring in the Purchase price, but can't get the Average cost.
