How can we see the which role has done which changes in View Audit Trail

Hi ,

We have one user with multiple roles while we are looking audit trail for this user, we are only able to see actions he has done in the Ns but we are not able to see which role he used to perform these actions like (Create/Change/Delete ).

Second Point;

We are not able to extract the report for role permissions(Full) he had in past and currently. How can we check the Role permissions

hisory if this user have multiple roles?
