Workflow to set both the WIP as true and subsidiary on a Work Order

I am trying to create a workflow to set the WIP as checked and Subsidiary to our Mfg sub on the work order and neither field appears to be available in the Set Field Value action field list.

I am not sure the best way to go about that when those are specific fields that are always true for us.
