Why is the Custom IF field not showing values on Print Packing Slips page?

Client has added a custom body field Picked By to their Item Fulfillment record. They are able to select that custom field as an additional column and filter to the Print Packing Slips screen, and can select a value for the filter. The value of the Picked By field does NOT show, however, in the grid of item fulfillment transactions that you check to print the packing slip.
