Script works on Estimate but not Sales Order

I have created plenty of scripts that worked on a Sales Order before but now I can't get a script to work on a Sales Order. I created a generic script and deployed it to both a Sales Order and an Estimate. The script works perfect on a Estimate but not on the Sales Order.

Does anyone know of a setting that would be causing this issue?
