How to retain the status of the a Quote once a new one is created?
Hi There
I have a scenario where I have 1 opportunity with multiple quotes.
Quote number 1 is created and given to the customer.
The customer might reject this (for example, the price was not what they were after).
The status of this quote is changed to 'Closed-Revised Quote'.
A new quote is created from the same opportunity record.
This quote is accepted.
The status of this quote is 'Won'.
By setting the status of the second quote to 'won', the status of the first quote also changes to 'won'.
How do I prevent that?
Is that standard Netsuite behaviour?
Is there a setting which controls that?
