Quote/Sales Order Unexpected Error

Hi All,


I am currently receiving

"An unexpected error has occurred. Please click here to notify support and provide your contact information." whenever I try to create a Sales Order on Quote record. We have a workflow applied to it wherein the Quote must be approved before the "Sales Order" button comes up. As an Administrator of the Account, I have clicked the Super Approve (which we uses sometimes to approve the transaction since we cannot skip the other approvers), the Quote then proceeded to the next state of the Workflow (Approve state) but the status still is Pending Approval and it still has a next approver.
