After SCA Website upgraded to new version gettting errors while running gulp commands for localsetup

Hey guys, I need help or support for my SCA project ?

My previous version is 2018.2.0 and upgraded to new version 2023.1.3

After upgradation, getting errors while running gulp theme:local and gulp extension:local

In checkout page:
