How to find an email source
Hi There
The sent emails list in an account is populated with emails that were sent in bulk.
I have tried searching on the 'saved search" record type with the following criteria
I have checked the bulk merge history:
None of these are showing the emails that were sent.
The emails weren't saved against the record they were sending to (contacts) which made me think it had to be a saved search send or a mail merge.
I am using the Administrator role.
How else could the emails have been sent for them to not appear against the entity record's communication tab?
