Unable to print search using advanced PDF template on specific search and role
I have a saved search linked to an advanced PDF template for printing group invoice details.
The Finance Controller and Accounting Manager roles can both view the search results (and I've run a comparison in Excel to confirm the results are identical).
The Finance Controller (and admin roles) can print the search using the advanced PDF template without issues (takes a few seconds). The Accounting Manager role opens the new tab to print the template, but 'spins' endlessly and never creates (or gives an error message).
Printing to the default template works fine in Accounting Manager role, but if I generate a new advanced PDF template for that search (and leave it as the default definition), that also fails to generate.
