Multi-subsidiaries JE posting
Hello everyone!!
We are currently switching from GP to NetSuite. One thing that was great in GP is the ability to post GL entry to multiple subsidiaries in 1 GL entry. For instance, I want to post an rent accrual for each of my subsidiaries each month. Instead of 1 GL entry, I now have to import 13 of them. We have around 30 JEs that we need to post like this at the end of Month that now translate to almost 400 JEs.
I thought about going with an Advanced IC JE, but I always get the following error message when importing: An intercompany journal entry must have at least four lines: one debit line and one credit line for each subsidiary. Debits and credits must balance within each subsidiary.
