Bill and Posting Period

I created bill with the document date as 10/23/2023.

When I select any document date prior to November 1st, the bill posts in the December period.

However, our November period is still open, and that is the period that I want to post the bill in.


I cannot get the bill to post in November using a document date prior to November 1st.
