Please configure the inventory detail in line 3 of the component list

Greetings,

I get this error when trying to bulk receive a PO, I checked every time, it's not serial/lot number item, it doesn't have "Use Bin" checked and it has Default "inventory status". it is an assembly and i checked every component of it, but I still can't seem to resolve this, what could be issue?
