Outsourced Manufacturing and MRP
Good afternoon,
We are going live this week and ran into a road block that we can solve after go live. I wanted to check in and see if anyone has ran into this issue. We are using MRP and are also trying to utilize Outsourced Manufacturing. When we set up those items to use MRP there is no trigger to issue a purchase order for that part. Has anyone successfully used MRP with Outsourced Manufacturing? We were told they do not work together and it has caused us to have to handle those items differently. Any feedback is much appreciated.
