Can I Not Tage Expense Type PO With Custom Segment?

Hi, Gurus! :)

I have a situation:

I need to raise an expense type PO (not item) and tag it with my custom segment.

I customized the form to make the segment available, but it show only on item side, not expense.

Do you know if this is currently a limitation?
