When 2FA user enters the Oracle Authenticator code a message says "not valid or expired code", Why?
Hi Gurus,
Now we are using Oracle Authenticator app to generate the 2FA codes instead of SMS messages;
- some users were using the app already, it worked fine for them some time, but lately they are getting the above indicated message.
- some users from first day of installing the app, they were getting this message.
- I have used reset user 2FA setting for them, this solution worked for some users, successfully, they can use the app now, but 3 users are not, even I have tried to reset 2FA setting for them several times, and asked them to change their PCs, but no way.
