Condition on workflow to compare dates to show/hide approval button

Hello Team,

Im trying to have a condition to show/hide an approval button on purchase order but when Im adding comparision of dates Im not getting the expected result.

If i end my criteria only checking next approver - approval delegate x user button shows. When I add the check of dates, does not work.

Does anyone has an idea how to solve this?
