Item fulfillment gl impact for transfer order

Hi, Gurus,

For transfer order gl impact posting, i dont understand the system take from where the costing for 140005- inventory - finished goods (as shown below table).

Anyone can help me to understand it ?

I believe the STD005 inventory - inventory in transit the costing is from "from location" as the costs stated in transfer order.


As for the average cost for GRN for "To location", the average cost should be from "To location", am i right ?

Any valuable advise is highly appreciated.
