Item Fulfillments generated through WMS

During our Christmas shipping season we have dealers (customers) that ask us to ship orders directly to their customers. This is something we've done for years on our old system.

We've noticed that when WMS generates an item fulfillment it doesn't keep the ship method that was entered on the sales order. It uses the ship method default that was entered on the customer. I'm sure you can see the issue this creates when the customer default is set to UPS Ground and a sales order is entered to ship FedEx Air?

If I create an item fulfillment manually though Netsuite the ship method from the sales order and the item fulfillment match.
