Mass Configure Item Location Configuration records

Is it possible to mass update or csv import to configure a list of Item Location Config records?

We are trying to import to these records to set the next count date and cannot figure out how. I cannot also find documentation on how the configure is accomplished (other than edit and save).

Advanced Item Location Configuration is turned on.
