Country of Origin on Service For Resale item record type
Hello,
Our company is about 7 weeks new to NetSuite and are receiving conflicting information on the requirement for the Country of Origin / Manufacturer Country to be populated on Service For Resale item record types. Specifically on the Commercial Invoice. This field is not natively available on Service For Resale record types. Contacting our company's FedEx rep resulted in the following statement from FedEx (but unclear if this response was related to the FedEx portal or if it indeed was related to the Integrated Shipping feature in NetSuite)
"If you are using our shipping platform and listing these intangibles as a line items, the country of origin is required, which the US can be used for country of manufacture for these examples you provided below"
