Confirmation Reject Proposal

Hii all

when I choose to reject the proposal,

Will the transaction not appear/generate again?

because I will implement it on a netsuite system that has been running for more than 6 months,

So my plan is to go on February 1, 2024

1. Reject asset transactions before January 31 2024

2. Upload assets along with their NBV value

cz when im trying on demo account its work,
