Check Item Availability Screen not visible

Hi

I am following these instructions and trying to navigate to the 'Check Item Availability' Screen though cannot see it in the stated navigation path

The available to promise feature is enabled in the two accounts I am checking

I am using the Administrator role in both accounts.

Demand Planning has also been enabled
