how to refresh the 'Balance as of Date' in the Bank Reconciliation Summary report in the dashboard?

Hi Gurus,

How to refresh the 'Balance as of Date' column in the Bank Reconciliation Summary report in the dashboard? I've tried posting new transactions for the bank GL Acct, tried doing a bank recon, and tried clicking the Refresh button in the portlet but the 'Balance as of Date' remains as is.
