Workflow to Send Reminder Notices

hi team seek advice on how to create a workflow that would send out reminder notices to customers having overdue invoices.

The workflow would also include the customer account statement or outstanding invoices to be paid.

Is it also possible to include in the workflow the company logo in the account statement and reminder.
