A user has access to a report but doesn't have permission to use the navigation link.

Hi there,

A financial controller is trying to access the highlighted reports through their center like so.

Each of these takes him to an error page saying he doesn't have the privileges to view the report. However, if I give him the url of the report he can access it that way.

On the report itself, the permissions are set to allow all users.

What might be blocking him from navigating to it through the center?
