Can we use a search or suiteanalytics to access Line Item History on a sales order

When manually viewing the sales order lines, over on the far right is a link to view the system notes associated with that line.

Is that same detail available in a saved search or in SuiteAnalytics? Appears to look just like normal System Notes

I am trying to find when a custom field on a sales order lines was cleared and what the original value was:
