Unable to Update Last Purchase Price for Items
Hi All,
We are encountering an issue with updating the last purchase price for numerous items in our Oracle NetSuite account. Currently, the price is showing as zero despite having associated transactions.
Here are the steps we've taken and the challenges faced:
1. Manual Edit Attempt:
When attempting to manually edit the field in the item record, the field appears disabled, preventing us from modifying the value.
2. Mass Update Method:
Utilizing the Mass Update method did not yield success in updating the Last Purchase Price.
3.CSV Import:
Tried importing the item records via CSV, but encountered difficulty finding the mapping field for the Last Purchase Price.
