Can I do a bulk inventory transfer between bins in the same location?? by CSV?

We decided to move to a different warehouse and we decided to reallocate almost 9.000 different items between bins, however, When I try to run a CSV report, it says I can not do an inventory transfer as the new bins are in the same location, is it possible to assign new bins to all my items but in the same location "Wharehouse"
