Customize form action

Hi I'm creating a custom action for a customized form:

I'm adding the function into a script that runs on page init


My problem is that the action is only visible on EDIT mode of the form.

the script seems working fine.

when i'm on customer view mode i don't see the action.

how can i see it also on view?
