How to change the secret questions before being asked.

Hello, everyone

I know it's been asked a thousand times, but since I cannot find a solution quick enough, I'd like to know how to change the secret questions. Most often we do not take notes and forget the answer to them and if we miss it out five times we have to ask our administrator to reset which is a nuisance.
