How can i create a form on Netsuite that automatically updates a field in an item record?

Hello,

I am fairly new to Netsuite and wanted to know if it is possible to create a user page on Netsuite that tracks delivery dates and drops by season. i.e. column A (Drop) = e.g. Drop 1 column B(Delivery date) = e.g.31/01/2024. Column C (Season) = FW24. this page should be editable by the user and CSV upload supported if possible.

I would also like this form to be linked to our items so that items auto-update when the date is changed. This should work as if item is tagged with Drop 1 & Season FW24 then the 'available from' field on item record should auto-update to the date input in the above form. Please advise if possible via custom forms and workflows etc. Thanks.
