SOAP API Webservice - Create credit memo with specific Nexus

We want to create credit memo with a specific Nexus. In UI, you can change or define the Nexus based on the shipping address. However via integration, we cannot. It does not have way to change or remove default shipping address of the customer.

Can anyone help us on this?
