Workbooks - Can't access certain fields like 'location'

I don't think I understand the structure very well with the datasets for workbooks.

I'm working on making a data set to look at transactions and already finding it difficult to access certain fields. In this example, I can't find location? Where on an SO for example is a pretty standard field, yet I can't seem to find the right type to use, if even possible.
