How to charge other department for internal services / training ?

Hi, Gurus,

IT dept provide training to all users for ERP and IT related services, is there any way for IT department to charge other department for our services provided to them internally ?

Currently we didnt use cost centre, only department to separate the expenses internally.

Appreciated any advises.
