Why can I see the field when I log in as the role, but person x and y cannot?
Hi team, I have a customer reach out with this query:
We are attempting to provide access to our UVC Management – A/P Lead role to be able to see the ABR tab in a bill payment. When I log in as the role, I can see it no problem. When person X or person Y (our actual AP lead) attempt to view the exact same spot. They do not have visibility. I am not sure what to do next or what minor permission I am missing to fix this. I would greatly appreciate guidance.
This is what I see with the role and it is exactly correct to what we are trying to achieve.
