List all files for a customer (customer record plus transaction record)

We store contracts, COI etc documents in one of customer record or in the sales order or estimate record. In order to see a consolidated view of all documents associated with a customer, we would like to have a saved search that lists:

Customer ID, Name, File Name, File Created Date and ideally the transaction number if the file is in the transaction record.

Is this possible?
