Edit address of a location error
Hello gurus, long time no talk.
Have a client trying to change the street address of a location and get the following error.
The subsidiary restrictions on this record are incompatible with those defined for item: 908811. Subsidiary access on this record must be a superset of those permitted by the item.
The 908811 doesn't really tie to anything that I've found. It's not an item internal ID
I see some hits in SuiteAnswers but not for this exact instance.
Do you have some specifics on a work around. It seems like there is a need to do something to the preferred location on item records, but why. The irony is we are moving 3 buildings down the street, just want to change two numbers
