Image on Packing slip

I'm using the Advanced PDF/HTML for the packing slip with ${item.storedisplaythumbnail}

Can anyone tell me why this does not work? I know I had this working before since I have the printout on my desck with an image from the Item Display Thumbnail field.

I had to remove it because it was nonsense image I was using.

However, this no longer works and I cannot figure out why. Everything prints exactly the same as before, just not the image.

I am also wondering why it is not an option to choose when using the gui to edit the form.
