How long does the Audit Request Report take to complete?
Good afternoon,
Yesterday as part of our audit I had to request the SOC 1 and SOC 2 forms, I followed the guides and requested this from the Netsuite support center. Once I'd filled the form out the request then sat in a 'pending review' state for 4 hours until in completed and the forms were sent to the person needing them for the audit.
Is this the expected wait time for the request to complete? I wasn't sure if this is normal or if the delay is due to the request needing to be approved internally by someone from Netsuite.
